Training is a step of main importance for an effective introduction of high technology machines. Sicmat has therefore devoted noteworthy resources to this activity..

Trainers

The skills of our trainers consist of: theoretical and practical technical competence, communication ability, enthusiasm in divulgating their knowledge and operative skills. They work in close connection with our Engineering Department.

Courses

Through courses performed in classroom or directly on the machine, Sicmat trainers assist Customer operators in the learning of the basic operation principles of the machines and, lately, they teach them how to exploit all their potentialities.

The courses programs can be adapted to the specific needs of the Customers.
Courses can be held both at Sicmat as well as at Customer facilities. The latter solution allows to train Customer operators during machine commissioning.

To Customers requiring a more advanced training of their engineers with regard to maintenance and troubleshooting, Sicmat proposes the “Full immersion Training” formula. The duration of this course is 8 to 9 days, depending on the system complexity. Generally, the Full Immersion Trainings are held at Customer site.
