The Next Dimension® Gear Measurement Machine is designed to easily accommodate individual user needs with:
the ability to change plot magnification with a single key stroke
the ability to compare output results in multiple gear standards simultaneously - the analysis of an inspected part can be viewed in multiple windows each one containing the results in a different gear standard format for easy comparison. This feature is especially important for vendors of parts on international basis.

Customizable Reporting The ND300 Gear Measurement Machine allows complete user control over the format of the analysis reports generated. The user can choose to plot profile, helix, index, pitch, and tooth thickness along with standard analyzed parameters (in red when out of tolerance) and accuracy class all on one page!
The Next Dimension® Gear Measurement Machine also offers a ‘Process Change and Shrinkage Analysis Report’ that not only evaluates helix and profile form change between steps in a process, but also the increase or decrease of actual tooth thickness.
Gear Accuracy Classifications Requirements The ND300 Gear Measurement Machine’s output fully complies with the 2002 ANSI / AGMA 2015-1-A01 & AGMA 915-1-A02 gear accuracy classification and inspection practices including the evaluation of slope, total and form error for helix and involute profile measurements.
