PECo ND300: the NEXT DIMENSION® in gear measurement

 

The ND300 is a 4 Axis, CNC controlled, inspection system that can measure gears and other geometric features utilizing a 3-Dimensional crash-protected Renishaw® precision scanning probe head in a volumetrically error mapped and thermally compensated work zone utilizing Linear Motors technology. 

 

Machine accuracy according VDI/VDE 2612-1&2 and 2613-1&2 : Class 1.

 

Certification traceable to NIST (United States National Institute of Standards and Technology).

 

Gear tooth geometry - basic system standard features:

Fa-profile, Fb-helix, Fp-pitch, Fr-Runout, Sn-Tooth Thickness,Size and Off-Axis (journal reference).

Optional:

Cutting tool testing (Hobs, Shavers and Shapers), form-roundness, surface finish and 3D related features.
