Available in 160 & 300 mm machinable diameter versions, Sicmat RCD stand-alone Chamfering-Deburring unit for gear consisting of:

- Steel Frame

- Vertical spindle for workpiece driving

- Fast changeoversystem

- Part loaded from the top

- Double hinged arm compass like, hydraulically operated: one to carry the Chamfering tools, the other one for the Deburring tolls

- Device for workpiece/tool meshing

- Chamfering and Deburring tools are idle; Deburring tools can be motorized (option)

- Dry or wet machining allowed
